Photo Rights and Usage for Real Estate Photography: The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Agents who obtain a license for reuse agree that the photos, videos, 3D content, and any other product license to them is only valid for the duration of the listing. Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing without the consent of Luxor Photography.

 Copyright Notice: The photographer who has taken the image is the copyright holder of the image. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

 Payment: Payment is expected upon delivery of content.  Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the images from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action.

 Property Preparation: All properties must be ready before the Photographer arrives as properties will be photographed in its current state.  Therefore, please declutter and remove all unnecessary items, including moving trash cans out of sight and cars out of driveways before our arrival.  In addition, please ensure all blinds are open, lights are on, and fans are off. Properties should be prepped and ready as we will not move or stage items.

 Service Area Coverage:  Our standard service area coverage includes locations within a 30-mile radius from Downtown Austin. For locations beyond the standard 30-mile radius (30-40 miles), an additional fee of $50 will apply. This fee is intended to cover travel expenses, time, and resources required for extended service area coverage. Properties further than 40 miles are beyond the service area but can be reviewed on a case by case basis with an additional trip charge, or may need to be cancelled.

 Same-Day Cancellation Fee: Confirmed appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled shoot will incur a cancellation fee of $100.

Return to Site Photography Fee: A return to site fee of $100 applies for real estate photography services if additional visits are required due to factors beyond the initial agreed scope. In addition, a $20 incremental fee is applied for every 5 photos.

 Property Access: We require unassisted access to the property. This can be arranged via an unlocked door, Supra, combination lock, key under mat, etc. We highly recommend that no one be present during the photoshoot for efficiency and safety.

 Additional Edit Requests: Requests for additional edits are subject to a fee. Edit requests have a 24-hour turnaround time.

 Photo Backup:  While we will back up and hold photos after every property shoot, please note that our database is cleared every 6 months.  We are not responsible for the storing of long-term photos.  For long-term storage and security, we recommend you create your own backup copies.

 Matterport Hosting:  All Matterport packages include a 6-month hosting of models.  Additional hosting can be purchased for $50 for 6 months.
